- Exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of contacting us by email or whatsapp.

- For exchanging, we will pick up the item for free and a delivery fee is subjected again upon delivery of the new size or item. 

All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. All tags must be attached when returned. Once we receive and examine your returned items, we will issue a store credit for you to order your new size on our website or mobile app.

Exchanges from UAE:

We do not offer pre-paid return labels.

Refunds

Only refund in store credit is acceptable. Once we receive your return, a gift card will be automatically issued to your email. We do not offer refunds in cash at the moment.
