If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us for store credit only. Please email us at: email@example.com with an order number.
Only refund in store credit is acceptable. Once we receive your return, a gift card will be automatically issued to your email. We do not offer refunds in cash at the moment.

Regular priced items will gladly be exchanged within 7 days, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are on the client's expenses.
To make an exchange please contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org within the period mentioned above.
- All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. All tags must be attached when returned. Please note that ACCESSORIES, SUNGLASSES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
Unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid return labels.
You should provide us with a tracking number for your return within 7 days from receiving your order, regardless of the period it takes to reach our address.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card code.
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and send it by email email@example.com within 3 days from the date of receiving the item, along with a description of the damaged item and your order Number.
The Kript does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
